The tenderer must enclose the following documents with the Tender:-
i) Scanned copy of original Up to date Trade licence, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and documents establishing experience.
ii) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
iii) Bill will be paid after successful completion of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract.
iv) VAT & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular.
v) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer

1. Considering special technical, social and financial criteria work order may be issued to any suitable contractor. [PPR-73(2)]
2.Special priority will be given who will provide the work within a shortest period of time. [PPR-73(3)]
