দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২১০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬৩০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২১০,০০০ ~ ৬৩০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.As per TDS & It is to be noted that latest amendment regarding (-/+) 10% bar of official estimate for quoting rate will be applicable for this tender.
2. General experience Five years
3. Specific experience: A single contract of 38mm dia Shallow & Deep Tubewel, Tara shallow, Tara deep, Modified shallow or tara , or Ring well,Production Tube well within the last 3 (Three) years with a value at least Tk.1.50 Lac (One Lac Fifty Thousand)
4. Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2.00 ( Two) lakhs over the last 3 (Three) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.75 lakhs ( One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand ) . For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered.
6. It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the tube well otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without any acceptable clarification.
7.Fixed item must be quoted as fixed rate, otherwise the Tender will treated as non-responsive
