প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
a) Tenderers must have registration on e-GP system.
b) Tenderers must be 1st class enlisted electrical contractor having valid ABC licence from electricity licencing board of Govt. of Bangladesh.
c) 1st class electrical reputed contractor/construction firm who have minimum 5 (five) years general experience in construction and renovation of 33kV, 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4kV distribution line work. Tenderer must have satisfactory work completion certificate from WZPDCL, DPDC, DESCO & BPDB Otherwise it will be rejected.
d) Tenderer must have satisfactory work completion certificate which contract value is equal to 10 Lakhs of single contract over a period during last 5 (five) years shall be required , more required the certificate issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done.
e) Tenderer must have upto date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration and trade licence.
f) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounted firm for the last 3 (three) years.
g) Average annual volume of construction turn over equal to 20 lakhs.
h) Liquid assets/availability of funds from bidder's banker(s) equal to 20 Lakhs to successfully complete the contract cradit facility is not granted.
