1.Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tax certificate ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID.
2) Tenderer must have the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.0 Lakh (Sixty Lakh) in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time.
3.A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [30] Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s) which includes construction of at least a Building work with Precust Pile over a period of [05] years shall be required. 4.
