a. The tenderer/supplier must be a registered Bangladeshi firm with valid trade license having at least 03 years of experience as supplier of office equipment.
b. Must have completed the supply of office equipment (Specifically desktop PC, Printer & UPS) of minimum value TK 30.00 (thirty) lac.
c. Must have IT &VAT registration and updated IT &VAT Certificate.
d. Must have the authorised certificate in Bangladesh from the Principal producer of the tender items.
e. No clone or pirated items will be accepted .
f. Tenderers quoted prices more or less than 15% of the market price many be declared non responsive.
