v) Affidavit of Ownership if Proprietorship Company
vi) Legal capacity for authorized person
vii) Letter of credit commitment from Bank mentioning this project amounting taka 1,30,000/- (One Lac Thirty Thousand only)
viii) Certificate from Bank in favor of turn over amount tk 3,90,000/-(Taka Three Lac Ninety Thousand only) in the last 03 (Three) years from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
ix) A minimum of 05 (Five) years General Experience certificate in the supply of Goods in any office of Govt. Semi Govt., Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutions/ Office
x) Experience certificate in favor of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum taka 1,30,000/- (One Lac Thirty Thousand only) under 01 (One) contact in the last 03 (Three) years in any office of Govt.
