The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License 2021-2022
(ii) 13 Digit BIN Certificate
(iii) Income Tax Certificate from competent authority
(iv) Legal capacity for authorized person.
(v) Letter of credit Commitment from Bank (as per CPTU Latest formate) for an amounting taka 6,00,000/- (Six Lac) only.
(vi) Certificate from bank in favor of turn over amount about Tk 18,00,000/- (Eighteen Lac) in last 03 (three) years.
(vii) A minimum of 03 (three) years General Experience Certificate in the supply of Goods in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutions/Offices.
(viii) Experience Certificate in favour of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 6,00,000/- (Six Lac) only under 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutions/Offices.
