প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Any e-Gp registered tenderer fulfill the criteria mentioned in the TDS. As per consent of CPTU, The Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS. A Tenderer not having sufficent information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
Key Qualifications:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar work of at least Tk.18.00 Lac under single of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24.00 Lac over the last 05 years (Years will be counted backward from the
date of publication of IFT in the website).
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 22.00 Lac. (years will be counted backward from the
date of publication of IFT in the website).
4.Experience as a Subcontractor or Management contractor will not be considered eligible for this Tender.
5.Latest amendment of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 shall be followed in tender evaluation.
For Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects Tenderer should submit
1) Total Number of Works Contract successfully completed within only PE's organization during last 5 years
2) Total Value of Works Contract successfully completed within only PE's organization during last 5 years
