প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Ten (10) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Upper Air Meteorological Observation goods) of minimum 02(Two) contracts each with a value BDT 40,00000/- (Fourty Lac) under a single contracts in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility minimum of BDT 75,00,000/- (Seventy Five Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents. Any deviation in the following documents will lead to disqualification:
a) Updated trade license.
b) Vat registration certificate.
c) TIN Certificate
e) Manufacturer authorization certificate
f) A set of sample balloon must be provided for physical test ( On opening date (12/01/2021) Balloon must be submitteed to PE)
