প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderers must have similar nature of experience of Furniture supply (i.e. High Bench, Low Bench, Wooden Chair, Wooden Table etc. made of Mehogoni wood and MS angle) only in Educational Institutions of tk 12.00 lac (Twelve Lac Taka Only) with in last 5 (Five) years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. [12.00 lac] (Twelve Lac Taka Only) (in case of Bank Statement it must be after IFT Date.)
3. Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents
      a. Similar Nature Experience certificate.
4. Tenders are being invited for [single lot] 
6. The Tender validity period shall be [120] days.
7. The amount of the Tender Security shall be [50,000.00 taka] (Fifty thousand Taka only), The Tender security at the percentage [2%]
8. The period of validity of the Warranty shall be : [ 12 months ]
9. Tenderers must have Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to trade license certificate, National ID
10. Minimum Performance Security will be 5% to 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2).
11.The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
12. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
