দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All potential tenderers registered in "The National e-GP System Portal" of Bangladesh who can fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Documents are eligible.
Note : (i) The tenderer must submit an up-to-date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
(ii) Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (no abbreviation is allowed).
(iii) The Rules, Regulations, and Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public Procurement Regulation 2008" must be applied to contractors.
(iv) Any type of apathy/negligence/delay of execution of supply of goods will cost the winning bidder a penalty of a minimum of 3 years debars in the respective zone.
