প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in RCC construction works of 1(one) number contract of building successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 (forty) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 60.00 (sixty) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 30.00 (Thirty) lac.
enderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
Valid VAT registration certificate.
Up-to-date trade license.
Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
