* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in building construction works including civil,sanitary and electrical works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 3 (three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor at least 1(one) number contract of building construction works including civil,sanitary and electrical works successfully completed within the last 3(three) years with a value of at least Tk. 50 lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. 
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 180 lac  over the last 3 (three) years or best 3(three) years in the last 5(five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities as e-PW3-8 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 40 lac  Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 60 lac. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW3-5B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date. In case of JV, agreement between leading and other partners shall be required.
6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC and supervisory licenses.
