প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The tenderer must submit updated authorization letter for submission against the tender ID. Incase of submission of inaccurate authorization letter, the tender shall be considered as non-responsive.
 
b. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE’s office.
 
c. If the quoted rate is more or less than 5% (five percent ) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit detailed item wise rate analysis of all items including VAT, IT & Profit. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item of the Tender shall result in the tenderer as Non-responsive, if found.
 
d.  The Tenderer must have completion of Similar Nature of Work at least Tk. 130.00 lac under a single contract over a period of 3(three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
