* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in repair/renovation/construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor at least 1(one) number contract of repair/renovation/construction works successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 (fifty) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. 
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 50  lac over the last 5 (five) years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 75.00 (seventy five) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be 65.00 (fifty five) lac.  To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as  PW2a-2B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date.
6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate and income TAX clearance certificate.
