* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.As per TDS & It is to be noted that latest amendment regarding (-/+) 10% bar of official estimate for quoting rate will be applicable for this tender.
2. General experience Five years
3. A satisfactory completion of similar works of minimum 150mm dia Pipe line ( Distribution,inter Connection,Main) at least Tk 30.00 Lakh ( Thirty Lakh) under 1(One) of contract(s) over a period of last 6 (Six) years shall be required.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 42.00 Lakh ( Forty Two Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 Lakh (Thirty Five Lakh). For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered.
6.Tender capacity: The minimum capacity shall be: 32.00 Lakh (Thirty two Lakh)
