1. Contractor will be disqualified, if the total quoted rate in BOQ is more than 10% less or more than 10% high of official estimated cost according to latest ammendment of PPR- 2008.
2. it is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without acceptable clarification.
3.The contract will be signed and related work will be implemented subject to confirmation of receipt of funds.The tender will be canceled by the Procuring Entity if the money is not guaranteed.
