প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum 05 (five) years of general experience of the Tenderer in the all kinds of construction works as Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Sub-contractor /Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature (site development sand/earth filling) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 700 lakhs.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1500 lakhs over the last 05 (five) years; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication IFT in the e-GP System. In this regard, the tenderer must submit all supporting documents, failing which the tenderer may be rejected as being incomplete.
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) in the form of PW3-7 of Tk. 500 lakhs. documents in other format are not acceptable.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 800 lakhs.Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g) The Tenderer must submit Up-to-date trade licens, income tax clearance & Valid VAT registration certificate.
(h) Other required eligibility criteria and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
