দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature electrification work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 100.00 lakh only.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 92.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 50.00 lakh only.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 130.00 lakh only.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
viii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License fromElectricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
