প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil,Sanitary & Electric works worth not less than Tk. 785.00 (Seven hundred eighty five) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 875.00 (Eight hundred seventy five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 240.00 (Two hundred forty) Lac supported by Bank certificate. Bank statement should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
G) All other conditions as mentioned in Section-2, 4, 7, 8 and 9 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
