• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 25.00 lakh which is shown between tender published and closing date.
satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 35.00 Lakh under 01 of contract(s) over a period of last 05 years shall be required.
*The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40.00 lakh (Total Amounting Tk. 40.00 X5 = 200.00 Lakh) over the last 5( Five) years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.

ITT Clause 1.1 : The Procuring Entity is Executive Engineer, Education Engineering Department Shikkha Bhaban Munshiganj.
ITT Clause 19.1 : The Tender Validity period shall be 120 day
