* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of supply, Installation and commissioning of LED solar street light/ Solar home system/ Battery connected Solar Mini Grid Project successfully completed within the last 05 [Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. = 85,00,000/- in a single contract in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous organization during last counting backward from the date of publication of I FT in the newspaper/e-GP web portal.
Tenderer shall submit the following additional documents with this Tender:
1. Valid Trade license with up to date renewal.
2. Valid TIN Certificate with up to date income tax certificate.
3. VAT registration Certificate.
4. Up to date IRC
5. ABC License up to date renewal.
7. PWD License up to date renewal.
8. LGED License up to date renewal.
9. Enlistment in DGDP.
10. Bank Solvency Certificate/Credit line as per e-GP format as proof of minimum amount of liquid assets as mentioned in STD.
11. The minimum number of general experience of 02 (two) solar minigrid project.
12. Proof regarding of Average Annual Turnover as mentioned in STD.
13. Proof regarding of Specific Experience Certificate.
14. List of Ongoing project and Completion Work Certificate.
15. LED Light, Battery and Charge Controller must accompany test report from BCSIR/ BSTI/
BUET/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET/ DUET or from any Accredited Laboratory.
16. Design & Specificatio Will be Approved By SREDA
