প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Up to date ABC Contractor's and Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
2) Manufacturer authorization letter.
3) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
4) Tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lac under maximum 1 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.
5) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items.
6) Declaration on letterhead pad that tenderer will provide Operation, Instruction and Maintenance manuals (Must be English or Bengali).
7) Manufacturer and Product ISO Certificate.
8) Tenderer shall submit samples to the PE office and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
9) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
10) Declaration on letterhead pad that tenderer will provide expert HVAC supervisor and technicians and related list of manpower with proper documents showing their expertise shall be submitted.
