দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years.
b) Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 02 (Two) storied Building with minimum 04 (Four) Storied Foundation of R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary. internal electrification works of BDT 375.00 (Three Hundred Seventy Five) lakh in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 650.00 (Six Hundred and Fifty ) lakh. .
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) lakh. .
e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 375.00 (Three hundred and Seventy Five) lakh.
g)The tenderer must accept the pro-rata progress as stated in PCC.
h) The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearan cecertificate.
ii) Valid VAT registrationcertificate.
iii) Up-to-date tradelicense.
iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
