* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade License.Bank Solvency.Income Tax Certificate & VAT Reg. Certificate.
2. Successful bidder must submit sample of Roller before fabrication and supply of full quantity of Roller.
3. Successful bidder must submit documentary proof that they have purchased [Invoice and Challan] Bearing No. 6204ZZ (SKF) from the SKF bearing importer/ distributor, which is used for fabrication of Roller.
4. After supply of the goods at least 10 number of Roller will be tested on random selection basis by CUFL user department representative.User department representative will disassemble the randomly selected Roller in presence of supplier or his representative. If all the materials of randomly selected Roller found as per approved sample/tender specifications by user section representative, then Quality Certificate will be issued. If any discrepancies found in the materials used for fabrication of Roller, full supplied quantity will be rejected and subsequently Purchase Order will be cancelled & Performance Security will be forfeited.
5. Supplier have to assemble the tested Roller at their own cost and handover the same to CUFL Store Section.
6. a) Supplier must submit 1 Year Warranty Certificate for the supplied goods. If any defect found in Return & Guide Roller during 1 year Warranty period, the supplier will repair/replace the goods at their own cost.
b) After successful completion of order, 10% retention money will be kept from the supplier’s Bill for one year warranty period which will be returned without any interest and the rest 90% of the Bill will be paid after receiving MRR from MPIC/Store Section.
7. Successful bidder must supply Total quantity included in the Lot, failing which full Performance Security will be forfeited & Partial delivery is not allowed.
