* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 55 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60 lakh over the last 5 years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35 lakh . Use standard format incase of line of credit.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 75 Lakh .
Note that the amount of works can be reduced or increased as per situation demand at practical condition
