b) The tenderer shall have renewed up to date (2021-22) trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate.
c) The tenderer shall have experience for Similar work successfully completed over the last five years in three work orders amounting Tk. 15 lakh.
d) Work certificate to be attached with the tender.
e) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk. 20 lakh.
f) Others term & condition will be mentioned in the tender schedule.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
