প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1)The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor shall be 07(seven) years.(experience counting backward
from the date of tender publication (IFT)in the newspaper).
2)Valid Trade License (up to date),Income Tax Clearance Certificate (up to date), TIN
Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate.
3). Payment will be made as per availibility of the fund but the whole work shall have to be
completed within stipulated time.
4) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 &
Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime
Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.;
the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated
time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a
qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
5) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006,PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
6) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in TDS,G.C.C ,PCC & ITT.
