প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers who are eligible for submission of e-GP tender and fulfilling the criteria of the tender.
1. Any / All tenderers who have registration in Government e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. Tenderer must upload Rate Analysis supporting the quoted amount
2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
3. A Tenderer doesn't have sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
4. The Tenderer will have to establish required Laboratory Facilities at the respective work site at his own arrangement with proper equipment and manpower.
5.The tenderer has to ensure by certification that the listed Manpower & Equipment will be used only for this particular package.
