* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।

2. The contractor, in cooperation with Upazila DPHE office, will collect and ensure name of min 200 house connection
3. The contractor will operate and maintain (electricity bill, operation expense, staff salary, chemical expense, regular repair cost and anyother incurred expense) for 18 months from the date of handover the site.
4. The contractor will handover the site to local operational committee after successful completion of 18 months operate & maintenance.
5. 1 nos pump house is considered in the tender. Additional 1 nos pump house can be added prior approval of PD & PE.
