* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All BWDB Netrokona egp enlisted tenderer, who full fills the following requirements are rquested to participate the Tender
1) All Bangladeshi citizens, who have valid trade lisence,Uptodate tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate. and not debarred ,not bank rupt.
2) A Tenderer may be a physical or juridical individual or body of individuals, or company,
3) A Government-owned enterprise in Bangladesh may also participate in the Tender if it is legally and financially autonomous, it operates under commercial law, and it is not a dependent agency of the Procuring Entity.
4) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
5) Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a consultant or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Procuring Entity to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the works to be performed under this Invitation for Tenders.
6) The Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices as stated under ITT.
7) The Tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to Tender. 8). The quantity of the work may be increased/decreased/totally dropped. 9).Thre are no budget allocation in this year, bill may paid in the next financial year but the work must be done with in the stipulated time.  10) NOA/Work order will be issued after necessary approval of RDPP from the competant authority.
