প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 3 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 09 Lakh under single contract over a period of 3 years shall be required
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20 lakh over the last 3 years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 08 lakh. Use standardformat incase of line of credit.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 10 Lakh.
Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
(b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
