* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৪৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৪,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Tenderers who have past experience for supplying and carrying of UV-Spectrophotometers (Digital), Conductivity meters (Digital), pH meters (Digital), Sodium (Na) meter (Digital), Dissolved Oxygen (DO) meter (Digital) & others / similar types of the testing instruments mentioned above under the Tender.
(2) Special Terms and Conditions:
1. Every item of the testing instruments should be supplied in the sealed, intake form without Changing their original labeling / Sealing / Packing.
2. Item(s) supplied in the form of re-packing / re-labeling/ re-sealing /broken / not matched with technical specifications shall not be accepted.
3. Photocopies of Catalog & other papers related with the testing instruments mentioned above should be submitted with tender schedule.
4. Installation, Commissioning, Calibration and Operation of the supplied testing instruments shall have to be done in the Central Laboratory of Barapukuria Thermal Power Plant, BPDB, Dinajpur by the Tenderer/Contractor.
5. Every item of the testing instruments shall have to be qualified in the quality test carried out in the Central Laboratory of Barapukuria Thermal Power Plant.
(3) The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.
(4) The procuring Entity reserves the right to take the final decision with respect to the tenders without assigning any reason.
