প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakh Taka) on 29 December 2021 or any later date. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods in public sector of at least 01 (one) Contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least Tk. 4,00,000/- (Four Lakh Taka).
(b) Certificate of Genuineness of the Goods from the Manufacturer or Authorized Agent/ Distributor.
(c) Country of Origin related Document is required.
(d) All kind BTRC related activities including but not limited to: Processsing Application,Royalty, License Fee of BTRC, acquiring License from BTRC etc.has to be conducted by the Tenderer.Tenderer also shall have capability to configure/prepare/install (whatever the process maybe) the Goods and make use ready to PE.
(e) The Tenderer should have valid Trade license, financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd and PPR 2008
