* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of R.C.C. Frame Structure building construction including civil, internal sanitary, internal electrification works of minimum Tk.1.25 (One point two five) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 2.00 (two) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac in the form PW3-7 (uploaded in the drawing section of tender documents) (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive).Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1.50 (One point Five Zero) crore.To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must submit list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
(f) Other required eligibility conditions and qualificaton criterias of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
