* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The intending tenderers must enclosed VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License and Up-to date ABC/BC Electric license and Supervisory License issued from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
b) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Similar Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying & Installation of Lifts at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 55.00 (Fifty five) Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/Private Organization of Bangladesh.
d) For works done under PWD, the certifying/authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and For works done under any Private Organization the certifying authority should be the Owner of the Building and for these two cases, the same Certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
e) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PG3-8) in Original form) of Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac. PG3-8 form is attached in Section-6.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender document must be fulfilled
