প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Project is co-financed by Government of Netherlands and Asian Development Bank, therefore universal procurement shall apply, i.e. No nationality restrictions apply, other than any restrictions arising from ITT5.13 to ITT5.14
The Tenderer shall have participated in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 5(five) years and that is similar to the proposed works ((excavation/re-excavation of khal/canal/river /embankment re-sectioning/construction), where the value of the Tenderer’s participation exceeds BDT 12.00 million.
The required average annual construction turnover should be equivalent of BDT 21.00 million over the last 3 years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3.50 million.
Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Tenderer’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the PE, for the last 3 years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Tenderer’s financial position. tenderer has to fill out the Form W-2A: Historical Financial Performance uploaded in Section 7: General Specification of the tender document.
