* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৯৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electro-Mechanical with related works of similar nature works shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience in Electro-Mechanical with related works of similar nature works (External Electrification such as 11 KV HT Electric Line including minimum 800 KVA Substation and 200 KVA Generator) of 02 (Two) Nos. contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, which completion certificates total value shall be minimum Tk. 500.00 Lakh.
c) The minimum construction turnover in the last 05 (five) years is not less than Tk. 3500.00 Lakh.
d) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 230.00 Lakh.
e) Key personal along with their qualification and experience.
f) Major items of Construction equipment’s.
g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). If any submitted document found inappropriate bidder will be disqualified during post qualification.
i) The tenderers must have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, valid Trade License.
j) The tenderers must have up to date valid ABC Category Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License issued by Bangladesh Electrical licensing Board.
