* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Minimum 10(Ten) years general experience in construction works.
b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 (One) No. contract of construction of  RCC Jetty/RCC Bridge/RCC Stair with ramp over pile in the river including related works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, which completion certificate shall be minimum Tk.800.00 Lakh.
(c) Minimum construction turnover in the last 05(five) years is not less than Tk. 4750.00 Lakh. (Note: Bidders are requested to prepare and submit year wise summery in connection with the turnover).
(d) Minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk.250.00 Lakh.
e) Key personal along with their qualification and experience.
f) Major items of Construction equipment’s.
g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
h) Tender shall be evaluated as per PPR-2008 amendment act, September 2018.
