* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer must have:
(a) Five years of general electrical goods such as Split Type Air Cooler System supply and installation experience.
b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Split Type Air Cooler System in at least 01 No of contract with a minimum value of Tk. 50.00 Lac, over the period of last 05 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System, under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/Private body in Bangladesh.
i. In case of the Goods Supplied under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the Goods Supplied under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
iii.In case of the Goods Supplied under/in private organization/building, the certifying authority shall be owner/ client/ user and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of concerned area of execution of work
(c) The Tenderer must Submit -i) Up to date valid Trade License .ii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance certificate.iii) Valid e-BIN Registration Certificate .iv) Up to date valid ABC/BC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facility shall be Tk 40.00 Lac (BDT).
e) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT,GCC,& Tender Data Sheet(TDS) & Tender Documents
