3) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk.550.00 Lac
4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1190.00 Lac over the last 5 (five) years.
[2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21]
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.270.00 Lac.
