প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Any individuals or Enlisted farms of BMDA (A and B class) & other Govt./semi Govt./ Autonomous organization of related works
i) who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in TDS, PCC, other terms and conditions of the tender document and
ii) Who has updated valid trade license, VAT certificate, updated certificate of income tax clearance, proof of 5 years trading experience, Bank statement (2021-22 up to September/21) of tenderer’s account, TIN etc. (copy of these documents must be submitted with the tender). In case of Bank solvency certificate, it must be in favour of PD, GDJI project, mentioning the respective lot ID.
2. The tenderer shall have experience of similar works (digging of khal, rivers, ponds, beels, dighi etc. by modern excavator machine, other equipment as described in section 7) successfully completed over the last 5 years in a single contract amounting of Tk. 20.00 lakh.
3. The annual average turnover will be as tender document.
4. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facility, Tender capacity and Tender Security will be as tender document.
In all cases the terms and conditions of tender and TDS & PCC will be followed.
