iii) Copy of turnover document in the form of payment certificate.
iv) Scanned copy of original liquid asset document (certificate or statement from bank issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website) in the format designated in PPR.
v) Conformity certificate of the supplier to ensure warranty period for all products with replacement including spare parts as well as services (as per requirement). The supplier will be provided local site information’s and service facilities that S/he will be provided otherwise the authority will not be responsible for non-availability of required requirements.
vi) It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tenderer according to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment).
