1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 40 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60 lakh over the last 5 years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40 lakh Use standard
format incase of line of credit.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 50 Lakh.
