* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৫০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,০৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৫০,০০০ ~ ১,০৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All the Tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP Portal and full filled the the following terms and conditions:-
1. Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and latest income Tax return submission Certificate.
2. Attested copy of the Trade License & Nationality Certificate of the tenderer or authorised person shall be submitted with the tender documents.
3. The Minimum period of general experience of the Tenderer (for similar type of goods) shall be 03 (Three) years (From the date of publication of tender notice in e-GP portal).
4. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar type of goods at least Tk. 5 (Five) Lac only under single contract over a period of last 03 (Three) years shall be required.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5 (Five) Lac only. The issue date of bank Certificate/Statement must be within the 06 (Six) month from tender notice publication date.
6. Must be submitted BSTI and BCSIR approval Certificate of the respective goods for fire fighting.
7. Must have legal permission for import chemical.
8. If any damage of man or material occurs during execution of the work will be born by the bidder.
9. Warranty period of supplied equipments, goods and works will be 01 (one) year from the date of commissioning/work completion. Any defect during warranty period shall be urgently rectified by the bidder at his own cost. Security money will be released after warranty period.
10. Actual amount of supplied equipments, goods and works will be determined by Engineering Incharge.
11.If Any complicacy or dispute (arises) will be solved as per tender documents.
