* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must possess valid up to date Trade Liscense, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, Electrical Supervisory & ABC license (FY 2021-22).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. Successful completion of Supply Installation testing & Commissioning of Lift work of minimum value Tk. 120.00 Lac in a single agreement in any Govt/semi govt/ Autonomous/Private organization within last five years (from the date of IFT).
In case of work(for specific experience) done in any organization other than PWD , the completion certificate shall have to be authenticated by Executive Engineer of PWD of concerned Jurisdiction
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 300.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderers shall be TK 100.00 Lac. credit line(s) shall be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 130.00 Lac
7. The Tenderer bearing any Litigation history in implementation of any public work will not be participatory the Tender.
