a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than five percent (5%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2019, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
c. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment certificate from the respective PEs or from the income Tax office .
d. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed).
e.The minimum specific experience in a completed single contract within last 5 years as a Prime Contractor must consists of following works with specified contract value not less than TK 18.00 Lakh (Taka eighteen Lakh Only)
