2. As per ITT-Clause 31.2(a)i. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with e-GP system in favor of the POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft or pay order.
3. Must be submitted the updated valid Income Tax return, VAT, Trade liscence ,Import certificate & other related docs ( if necessary)
4. Having over all experience of 10 yerars in IT field.
5. Must have authorized dealership of proposed IP camera and NVR from manufacturer.
6. Must have service centre in Dhaka division.
7. Camera and NVR Manufacturer Company must have experience of manufacturing alteast 10 years.
9. Must be submitted field visit certificate (concent letter) from concern Procuring entity.
10. Must have provided online link/procedure for checking originality of the NVR and IP camera in manufacturer letter head pad.
11.Must be submitted proposed technical specification according to Tender Document section no - 08.
