প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) contract(s) of similar nature (Slope Protection work by CC Block/Reataining wall in any River or Pond or Canal etc.) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 455.00 (Four Hundred Fifty Five) Lakh Only.
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 485.00 (Four Hundred Eighty Five) Lakh Only over the last 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 485.00 (Four Hundred Eighty Five)Lakh Only.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 151.00 (One Hundred Fifty One) Lakh Only. In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 1 month before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the schedule bank according to CPTU prescribed form referencing to this package number TPIIP/2020-21/Canal-36.
