Eligibility of Tenderer:
Only local manufacturer who have industrial license of producing Fiber Cotton Hose/water supply materials will be allowed to bid this tender.
Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh, 03 (Three) years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.
The minimum production capacity or availability of equipment is/are: Production capacity of Fiber Cotton Hose pipe of the tenderer’s factory must have minimum 300 (Four Hundred) meter per day. The purchaser may send representative to verify the technical and production ability of the manufacturer. The Tenderer will have to bear all cost of factory inspection
The Inspection team will randomly inspect Fiber cotton hose pipe set (pipe, ss clamp, male socket, female socket) and submit a inspection report to the project director as per offered specification and terms condition of tender.
The bidders can either bid for one lot/tender or more in the same package but could be awarded more than one lot/tender. Maximum number lots/tenders awarded to the same lowest responsive bidder is limited 2 (Two).
